How is the standard delivered?
After you complete checkout through Gumroad, your individually watermarked copy is generated and emailed to you automatically — usually within a few minutes. You don't need to return to this site or a dashboard to get your copy; it arrives in your inbox at the email address you used at checkout.
What if I don't receive my copy?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at connect@heartandlogic.org with your Gumroad order number and we'll resend it directly.
What is the refund policy?
Because each copy is individually generated and watermarked to you at the moment of purchase, all sales are final once a copy has been delivered. If you have a delivery problem rather than a change of mind, contact us before requesting a refund — that's almost always resolvable directly.
What counts as one license — can my whole company use one copy?
One purchase licenses one named individual or one organization acting through the person who completes the purchase. It does not extend to independent use by multiple business units, subsidiaries, or unrelated teams. See Licensing & Terms for the full explanation.
How do I get a multi-seat or organization-wide license?
Email connect@heartandlogic.org with the number of seats or the scope of use you need (e.g. a specific business unit, or organization-wide access). We'll issue a multi-seat license agreement and individually watermarked copies for each named recipient.
Does buying the standard include certification?
No. Purchasing the standard gives you the document itself. HART conformance certification is conducted separately by independent, accredited third-party assessment bodies. See the certification tiers on the standard's detail page for more.
